ShoreHitch Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through ShoreHitch, LLC (“ShoreHitch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth below.
Order Processing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Orders are typically processed within 7 business days after payment is received and verified, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. ShoreHitch reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel orders at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, inventory limitations, or errors in product or pricing information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
ShoreHitch ships via third-party carriers selected at our discretion. Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
All delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. ShoreHitch does not guarantee delivery by a specific date, including for expedited shipping services.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is the sole responsibility of the carrier.
Risk of Loss & Title
Risk of loss and title pass to the purchaser upon delivery of the order to the carrier, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
ShoreHitch is not responsible for:
- Delays in transit
- Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after carrier acceptance
- Carrier errors or service interruptions
Any claims for lost or damaged shipments must be made directly with the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
ShoreHitch is not liable for:
- Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Additional shipping costs incurred due to address errors
- Orders returned to ShoreHitch due to address issues may be reshipped at the customer’s expense or refunded minus shipping and handling fees, at ShoreHitch’s discretion.
International Shipping
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, tariffs, or fees imposed by the destination country.
The purchaser is solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and compliance with local import regulations. ShoreHitch has no control over these charges and will not reimburse or refund them.
Delays caused by customs authorities are outside ShoreHitch’s control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Damaged Shipments
If a package arrives visibly damaged, the purchaser must:
- Retain all original packaging
- Photograph the damage
- Notify ShoreHitch within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of any claim. ShoreHitch reserves the right to determine whether damage occurred during shipping or after delivery.
Refused, Undeliverable, or Returned Shipments
Packages refused, unclaimed, or returned to ShoreHitch for any reason other than ShoreHitch error may be subject to:
- Restocking fees
- Shipping and handling deductions
- Reshipment costs
Refunds, if any, will be issued at ShoreHitch’s discretion and may exclude original shipping charges.
Force Majeure (Shipping)
ShoreHitch shall not be liable for shipping delays, non-delivery, or performance failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, labor disputes, carrier disruptions, supply chain interruptions, governmental actions, pandemics, or acts of God.
No Shipping Guarantees
ShoreHitch does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free shipping services. Shipping services are provided “as available” and “as is,” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes to This Shipping Policy
ShoreHitch reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply to orders placed after the effective date of the updated policy.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States.
